EnergyFitnesstt.com is an extension of my personal training & nutrition coaching studio, Energy Fitness located in Memphis, TN since 2002 and adapted online for you. The mission is to Inspire Optimal Health & Wellness with online personal training programs and nutritional coaching using my exclusive & proven Energize Method. The goal is to empower, educate and coach you using safe & effective techniques.
I created this online platform to help a greater number of people needing expertise that could perform these exercises anywhere, anytime and on any device. It’s the next best thing to being here in person because wandering aimlessly on your own from one exercise to the next and trying to rely on getting results accidentally isn’t the best use of your time.
The programs are intended to help you eliminate the excuses of “I don’t know what to do” or “I don’t have the time,” etc. Excuses don’t give results. A gym membership is not necessary for several workouts while others include numerous pieces of gym equipment. If you have exercise ADD, these programs will prove to be challenging and diverse.
With your subscription you will see that I have done the thinking for you and paired balanced exercises/programs for you to follow for 6 weeks. Choose your current fitness level & pick a program: beginner, intermediate to advanced. Repeat the short videos 3-5 times to continue challenging yourself. Every few months I will upload new program pairings to keep your body guessing.
All programs include videos and printable workouts with pictures. By having a hard copy, you are able to track your progress to help with motivation and discipline. If you’re intermediate or advanced, you may want to view the follow-along videos for proper form, print out the PDF with pictures and do independently or you may want to follow along from start to finish. Note: what I call one exercise, you may call it by something else.
Even though nobody likes doing fitness assessments, it is highly suggested. Think of it as taking a snapshot of your current fitness level & every 6 weeks measure your progress. This may be harsh, but if you do what I tell you to do consistently, you will get results. Period!
